Wirral Warcon - What a great Weekend Event
Share
Here at JustRolling6s and JustTradingMinis we had a fantastic weekend at Wirral Warcon, bringing dice, minis, and plenty of energy to one of the North West’s most anticipated tabletop events.
From the moment the doors opened, the hall was buzzing. Gamers, hobbyists, and collectors filled the venue, all eager to check out the latest releases, roll some dice, and connect with the community. For both JustRolling6s and JustTradingMinis, it was the perfect chance to meet customers face-to-face, chat about the hobby, and showcase what we’ve been working on.
One of the standout highlights of the weekend was the reception to the new range of battle mats. These drew consistent attention throughout the event, with visitors stopping by the stand to get a closer look at the quality, detail, and versatility on offer. Whether people were planning skirmish games or full-scale battles, the mats clearly struck a chord. By midday on Saturday, it was obvious they were going to be a hit—and they didn’t disappoint.
Customers were particularly enthusiastic about the designs and practicality, with many commenting on how the mats would elevate their gaming tables at home or in clubs. It wasn’t just casual interest either—sales reflected the buzz, with the new range quickly becoming one of the most popular items across the weekend.
Beyond the products, what really made Wirral Warcon special was the atmosphere. There’s something about events like this that reminds everyone why they love the hobby. From friendly conversations at the stall to shared excitement over new projects and armies, it was a weekend full of genuine connection.
By the time everything wrapped up, it was clear that the trip had been a big success. Great games, great people, and a brilliant response to the latest releases—especially those battle mats—made it a weekend to remember.
JustRolling6s and JustTradingMinis will definitely be back for more events like this. If Wirral Warcon is anything to go by, the community is thriving—and we’re excited to be right in the middle of it.
